The chalet was absolutely stunning, so comfortable and a real home from home - which was important because most of our party weren’t out skiing for full days (some not at all!) so having somewhere to relax in. It was so warm to come back to, and had everything we needed.
The people (specifically Ivan, Andrea and Luke) were just so helpful, friendly, kind, patient and above all just very good at their jobs! The Resort Managers Daisy and Tim were really responsive and helped with all the finer detail.
All the drivers were brilliant. We used them probably more than the average guests because we weren’t doing everything en masse, we had people coming and going most of the day. They always turned up on time with smiles on their faces.
The food Ivan served us was phenomenal. It was like dining at a fancy restaurant every night. And the wine and alcohol selection was top notch too. Andrea was a brilliant host making sure everything ran smoothly and we were able to fully relax.

"Having been to a catered chalet 30 years ago, we thought we knew what to expect. Boy, were we wrong.
On arrival, we entered a beautifully laid out Chalet, with magnificent views across the valley. It made a truly exceptional first impression.
For the entire week, the wonderful team maintained the highest standards of cleanliness with their friendly and unobtrusive presence. Our, chef, Toby, delivered remarkable food each time with such professionalism whilst catering for the dietary requirements of 14 adults. He even produced deliciously healthy meals for the accompanying infant (isla♥️) .
The chauffeur service was also a blessing providing seamless airport transfers, and lifts up to the slopes.

The chalet couldn't have been better for our large group of 15, luxury accommodation at its finest with great soundproofing...
